Features
Everything below is available in the API today. The status per system is shown on each row.
Systems
e-conomic Live
Accounts, customers, booked invoices, entries per accounting year. Connect your own company through e-conomic's access page, or try e-conomic's demo company.
Billy Beta
Accounts, contacts, invoices and entries with your own Billy access token.
Dinero Coming
The Visma Connect (OAuth) connection is built and will be switched on later.
The API
Normalised resources
/accounts, /contacts, /invoices, /entries — the same fields whatever the system, amounts in øre and the source ID in provenance.
Sync and cache
POST /sync fetches changes; read from the cache without spending vendor calls.
Reports
Revenue, trend, forecast, profit and loss, balance sheet, receivables ageing, recurring revenue, top customers and a combined dashboard.
Alerts and month-end
Anomalies (duplicates, outliers, missing due date) and a checklist telling whether a period is ready to close.
Rules and matching
Your own rules on invoices/entries and matching of bank lines to invoices.
Webhooks
HMAC-signed events with retries and a delivery log.
Passthrough (read-only)
When you need a field we don't normalise: GET straight against the vendor API through your connection.
CVR
Validation and lookup of Danish CVR numbers.
Security and operations
- API keys are stored only as hashes; shown once and rotatable.
- Access tokens for your systems are encrypted at rest.
- Every request is scoped to your account — other customers' connections don't exist for you.
- Plan limits and rate limits protect both you and the vendors' APIs.
- Hosting in Germany (EU). The data processing agreement is part of the terms.
What JaKonto doesn't do (yet)
- It doesn't write to your books (no posting, no creating invoices).
- AI features are not switched on at launch.
- Uniconta and Business Central are not supported yet.
